SW Development Lead - Automotive - POZICE OBSAZENA

We are looking for a SW Development Lead for long term automotive projects (thermal management).
Start preferably in July 2023. Possibility of partial remote cooperation.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead SW development as scrum master/development team lead
• Sprint planning and retrospectives
• JIRA ticket/sprint handling
• Cover SWE.2 – SWE.5 processes (ASPICE level 2)
• Communicate with testing, quality and support team
• Ensure development activities according to high level plan
• Ensure delivery of code for code freeze (handover to testing team)
• Ensure documentation delivery for release and reporting

Requirements:

• Knowledge of SW development processes (not necessarily ASPICE)
• Knowledge of agile techniques and leadership
• Preferably experience in programming
• Proactivity towards team and project leadership
• Communication skills in English and Czech
