Finance consultant - telco - POZICE OBSAZENA

We are looking for a financial consultant to help our telco client with integration of a new Network Stock System (NSS). Position start date - January/February 2021

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate organizational redesign implementation within Finance and SCM areas.
• Analyse and document financial/accounting policies, operational processes and data sources (fit gap analysis between subsidiary and parent company).
• Propose recommendations to close the gaps and align with process owners on design approach.
• Support implementation of agreed design changes.
• Participate on testing of integrity of subsidiary’s data within company processes.
• Support data migration.
• Support training of financial and SCM, Technology department subsidiary staff (preparation of manuals, leading training).

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong financial background needed to cover financial setup and processes in relation to accounting (both for IFRS and Czech GAAP), reporting and taxes in the following areas:
  • Fixed Assets accounting
  • Inventory management accounting
  • General Ledger accounting
• ERP systems knowledge (SAP)
• Communication abilities, including both written and verbal communication skills (both Czech and English)
• Ability to interface smoothly and productively with internal and external stakeholders
• Flexibility to support several parallel tasks at any given time
